3D Laser cutting

Our machines are equipped with high-performance solid-state and CO₂ laser sources, enabling us to perform 3D laser cutting and drilling on all laser-cuttable materials.

Tube and profile laser cutting

3D laser tube cutting is the most efficient method for processing tube and hollow section components today.
Our state-of-the-art machines are capable of machining a wide variety of tubular parts.
Compared to conventional technologies, this method offers significantly higher processing speeds, resulting in much more cost-effective production.

Laser welding

The advantages of laser welding include minimal distortion, high processing speed, flexibility, and fine weld seams.
This technology is increasingly gaining ground in modern manufacturing processes, as there is a growing demand for concentrated heat input methods that require no post-processing.

Our welding expertise and quality are demonstrated by two key facts:

  • We operate in compliance with EN 1090-2 EXC 3 standards and, uniquely in Hungary, hold a procedure qualification (WPQR) for laser welding according to ISO 3834.

Laser drilling

Laser beam drilling enables the precise machining of even extremely hard materials.
One of the key advantages of this technology is that the hole depth can be controlled with an accuracy of up to 1 micrometer during the process.
The short-pulse, high-energy-density laser beam first heats the material to its melting point. With continued irradiation, the laser vaporizes the material, and the resulting vapor pressure expels the molten material from the hole.

Minimum hole diameter: 0.15 mm
5-axis machining
Maximum machining area: 800 x 600 x 400 mm

The technology enables the creation of holes with a depth-to-diameter ratio of up to 20:1.
By using rapid, high-energy laser pulses, the heat-affected zone around the hole can be minimized—or even completely avoided in certain cases.

This method is particularly advantageous for materials that are difficult or impossible to machine using conventional techniques due to their high hardness or other challenging properties.
