In 2019 our company received the ISO 1090-2 exc3 and 3834 certifications, which enables us to produce welded constructions with high quality requirements. Our main field of activity includes the production of individual constructions for the building industry, from visual design to complete construction.

We are currently working on two major projects. As soon as the work is done we will publish the final result!

Our many years of expertise is proven by more than 50 individually manufactured 3D devices. These are available for Trumpf and Prima laser cutting machines.

3D laser tube cutting

3D laser tube cutting

Nowadays 3D laser tube cutting is the most efficient way to machine tube and hollow profile components. Our system, which is equipped with the latest technology, is ideally suited for processing various tubular components. Processing is much faster and more efficient compared to traditional technologies, so the machining has significantly more favorable conditions.


The maximum thread length: 6500mm
Maximum removable thread length: 3000 mm
Pipe diameter, hollow profile cross section:D15-D150mm, 10 20-152x152mm
Maximum wall thickness: 8 mm (with 6.5 mm bevel)
Materials that can be processed: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper.

Our company has the strictest quality management system in the automotive industry. The processes of the quality management system IATF 16949 were developed with the aim of offering the highest quality from individual prototypes to complex series production. Our main goal is to find a cost-effective and stable solution for the laser processing for our customers. We know that laser processing is not always enough for complex parts. Therefore we can develop and implement other technologies and with the help of our suppliers, cover the entire metalworking industry. Our engineers can assist in the component design phase in order to get the most out of laser technology.

Laser Drilling

Laser Drilling

With the help of laser drilling, high-hardness materials can easily be machined. One of the greatest advantages of the technology is that the depth of the hole can be adjusted with an accuracy of 1 micron during machining. The short-pulsed, energy-dense laser beam first heats the material to its melting point. With further irradiation, the laser beam evaporates and the vapor pressure, which is created during the process, removes the melt from the borehole. With this technology, a bore hole up to 20: 1 deep and wide can be created. Due to the fast, high-energy pulses, the formation of a heat-affected zone around the hole can be minimized or in some cases even avoided completely.

The technology is particularly suitable for materials that – due to their high-hardness, for example – cannot be processed using traditional methods.

Laser Welding

The advantages of laser welding are low warpage, high process speed, flexibility and fine welding seams. This technology is increasingly becoming more prominent in manufacturing processes. There is a growing demand for technologies that do not require a concentrated heat input in post-production. Thanks to our many years of experience in welding, our laser specialists are aware of the competitive advantage that can be achieved by laser welding, so that our machines can carry out even the most demanding welding jobs. Some examples are: welding of steel heat exchangers, welding of power transmission devices, repairing a tool by overlay welding or welding wear-resistant layers.

  • We deliver continuously laser-welded structures to the automotive industry.
  • Working in accordance with the EN1090-2 exc 3 standard and in a unique way in Hungary, the 3834 procedure test for laser welding.
